Seller's FAQ

What can I sell on Shop No.2?
Your eBoutique may sell Clothing, Accessories, Hair Accessories, Jewellery, Handbags and Shoes for women - No other products may be sold. Each product needs to be approved by Shop No.2 before you may sell it on your eBoutique.
All eBoutique and products approval are entirely at Shop No.2's discretion.
 
Who stores, packages and ships the products?
Each seller is responsible to store, pack and ship their own products/orders. Once customer places an order, you will pack the products in your own branded packaging and ship it via a reputable courier company.
 
What courier and shipping method can I use? 
Following the Shop No.2 Shipping Policy you can use any shipping method that will allow customers to receive their goods within 2-5 business days. And it must be through a reputable courier company that can provide a tracking number for each shipment. Each seller will bear its own shipping cost.

How do I handle returns, exchanges and refunds?
We would like our partners to follow the same returns, exchanges and refund policies to ensure consistency for customer's shopping experience with no confusion.

How and when do I get paid when I sell something? 
10 days after customer receives their order, we will pay you directly into your bank account. Payouts are done every Wednesdays.  
 
Why sell on Shop No.2 as I already have my own online store?
Shop No.2 can co-exist with your online store as it can be used to broaden your customer reach. We are continuously marketing the Shop No.2 marketplace through both online and offline media, as well as improving our search engine marketing (SEM) & search engine optimisation (SEO) which will benefit your eBoutique. 
 
Is there a product photography guide? 
We believe great photography will enchase the sales of your products as shoppers gets inspired by beautiful images. And it will also help to build your brand and emphasises on your amazing products.
Pictures can be taken outdoors or indoors, on location or in a studio. The below is our guideline to ensure some consistency.

  • Product image size must be 932x1400pxl (dimension for web)

  • Store banner image size on the Seller's Profile must be 800x200pxl (dimension for web)

  • Logo image size on the Seller Profile must be 185x185pxl (dimension for web)

  • All images must be clear and cannot be blurry

  • Please name each image file accordingly before uploading for SEO optimisation

  • Lighting must be as natural as possible so the product won't loose it original colour. It cannot be over exposed. However, lighting can not be too dark either. 

  • Don't over edit or add unrealistic/harsh filters.

  • No borders, collages, black & white images, or watermarks are added.

  • We recommend shooting 2 to 4 image options for each product showing different product angles and styling options.  

  • No flat shots, pack shots or mannequin shots. Products must always be shot on a model or beautifully displayed. 

  • Accessoires and shoes can be shot on its own, however, must be visually appealing. 

  • One model per product is recommended.

  • Feature your product alone, don't mix it with other items that you are not selling.

  • Do not use other people or brands images! You must own the shots you upload.  

  • Product approval will predominately be based on the images, if we do not approve your images then it cannot be sold on Shop No.2!
