We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
This policy deals applies to all products purchased from the Shop No.2 website. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from date of receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn and undamaged. It must be in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging. Shop No.2 reserves the right to refuse any refund or return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return a product, simply email with the subject header “RETURN. Please include your ORDER NUMBER as well as the ITEM DESCRIPTION of the product that you wish to return in the body of the email. This information can be found on your order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of purchase, as well as on the packing slip that arrived with your package. To help us improve our collection designs, please tell us the reason for the return.
You are responsible for the courier costs of returning the product. We recommend using courier services or registered mail to return the product, as we are not liable for any products lost in the post. Please also ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
All products are returnable, excluding:-
- Special orders;
- Custom-made items;
- Jewellery for piercings;
- Lingerie and underwear;
- Swimwear;
- All products bought on sale;
- Growing gifts; and
- Heel protectors.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within 10 working days to your original method of payment.
If rejected, rejected returns will need to be collected from the individual Seller’s address at your own cost and risk.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace products that are defective or delivered incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at: with your ORDER NUMBER as well as the ITEM DESCRIPTION and we will organise to have our courier service collect the item from you.
